My dad is 59 years and he fainted twice followed by fits. We identified that there is a cyst or lesion on the pituitary gland of size 3.4 *3* 2.5 cm. The lesion is heterogeneous with blood fluid level likely haemorrhage. Please suggest what we have to do.

Dear user, it could be a benign cyst that causes the fainting and seizure. I would suggest you to get an opinion from an endocrinologist as you have put your location as coimbatore. Most probably it will be a minor procedure to drain the cyst. You can always get a second opinion from 2-3 endocrinologists. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.
