I am 20 years old male. I started taking vitamin tablets (neurobion forte) few days ago, and I notice that after intake of vitamin tablet (single tablet per day), my urine becomes yellowish after some hours of intaking the tablet. Is it normal or I should stop using vitamin tablet.

Dear lybrateuser, - It is normal, take more water, avoid taking supplements unless there are signs of deficiency instead have a well balanced diet comprising of all the major food groups & vitamins & minerals.
