She can start with mild walk during the day followed by moderate protein rich and high fibre diet. Weight is too excess as per age n height, she can also get her constitution check and plan accordingly. As sometimes body produces excess heat due to that water retain water weight increases. Likewise people who eat less put on fAst apart from that people who eat more doesn’t put on weight easily. Our constitution decide what type of food will suit to reduce or gain weight
