Hi. My age is 31 and I am 70 kg and I want 63 kg is perfect for me becoz of my height 5.5.i read your 7 day diet plan I am little confuse that no cavity or roti in this plan? And how many boil potato and quantity of paneer please share clear plan.

You should take diet as per your body constitution, there is no need to leave anything like chapati/ rice/ pizza or so. You can eat everything and reduce easily. Better to take diet as per your requirement only. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still slim apart from that there are people who eat less but tends to put on very easily. So every person has a different personality and unique constitution. You should also go accordingly and reduce fast.
