I'm 16 years old. My height is 159 cm and my weight is 56 kgs. Am I over weight. Or what is the correct weight for my age. Can I drink ginger water to reduce weight. And i'm exercising 25 mins daily that also lite workout. Am I want to do heavy exercises. Plss reply. I'm looking fat compared to other girls. Im not intaking oil foods. But why i'm not losing my belly.
