I am 37 years old and suffering from multiple fibroids and adenomyosis. My hemoglobin is 9.8 and been suggested for laparoscopic surgery (hysterectomy). At what level will my hemoglobin will reduce after surgery? I am suggested not to take any blood units at this situation.

I think you should not go for surgery now, take some iron rich foods so that your hb level increased, then you can think of it, I will advise you to go for proper homeopathic treatment atlst for 6 months, and observe what kind of changes your having at this period of time,
