I was chain smoker and smoked cigarettes for one year but now it?s been one year of my quitting smoking but after quitting cigarettes my life became very struggled means I am not able to concentrate on anything. I am just roaming in another world. If someone talking to me then I am able to give them replies and easily understands what they saying but during that process my mind was just like relaxing in a corner. In the starting I assumed that it could be due to nicotine withdrawal and will recover within months but now its been one year and I am not able to live happily. If you understand hindi language then I will say it just like (dimak suun sa rehta h.apni alag hi duniya me ghumta rehta hu. Life phele jesi bilkul nhi rhi)
