There's a small sized lump on the back of my ear. It isn't growing in size changing in color or shape. It is not painful. But if I press it I can feel pain. I don't know how long this lump is in there. But I noticed it 2 months ago. It's kinda soft to touch. And it moves in place. Do I need to worry about anything?

It can be enlarged lymph nose. If there is no pain, then no need to worry. It should dissolve in a month.
