Dear Lybrate user, relax. It seems like a mild emotional problem or mood disturbances, from your descriptions. You are lucky that you have lovely parents who are so concerned about your health. But I do not think it is a wise decision to hide your problems from your parents. The first thing you have to do is, let your parents know your problems related to health, and take help from them. Think of a situation in which your problems become so serious that could cause your parents worry much more. Revisit your psychiatrist and continue to take medicines along with psychological counselling with the help of your doctor. Please contact through Lybrate's paid consultation platform if you need more guidance.
