Hi, I am having buttock pain just below my lower back. It pains when I get up from bed, or when I sleep on my back, or when I take long steps while walking. The pain goes in between. But it comes back. The worse pain comes when I sleep on my back and try to turn to other side. I have been going through this since long. Please consult me what to do. Also, when I sit on chair, the pain lessens. As long as I am on chair it doesn't hurt.
