What is the best way to reduce weight quickly and efficiently without any side effects. Please suggest. I need to reduce my weight as soon as possible. Especially my belly fat.

Change your life style when you go to a program of weight loss.(1) do a exercise program. Can do yoga, plank, swimming (2) drink more water which helps in cellular activities. Helps in burning fat. Drink water before meals (2) take fewer calories you burn (3) reduce starchy carbs. Use whole grain like oats, cornflakes, bazra, wheat etc. Take plenty of vegetables, whole fruits.
