How can I take giloy juice in morning - before taking 3 glass of water or after taking water? I drink 3 glass of water in morning but how can I take giloy juice. Thanks.

Hello gud morning pls let me know for which specific health issue you r having giloy juice, bcoz giloy juice is used for controllling various health issues in varied amounts for different health conditions. R you a diabetic or having fatty liver issues or needing for weight loss or for immunity boosting up pls make it clear first.

Hi lybrate-user, you can have 5 ml giloy juice in 1 glass of warm water first thing in the morning. Its best that you change your morning drink in one month and not stick to one morning drink.
