M feeling not relaxed from last couple of months. Getting into possible breakup, work pressure small situation makes me anxious and agitated. I do not feel happy or enjoy, talk very less. From last couple of months have started doing yoga, breathing for 30 mins in morning m also able to do guided meditation for 30 mins, but still m not feeling happy or relaxed. Plse advise.

You have to calm down mentally. Take pledge that you don't have rights to he'll at anyone. Try to smile at everything and try to appreciate other works even though it's not worthy. These are all told in ayurveda to overcome social stress.
