My mother is 60+ she is getting clear watery liquid form nose. She had dz problem 10 years back and it solved automatically again now after years started from 10 days. She has diabetes .we have shown to neurophysicians ent .they said it wud go by own due to stress and pollution it cud occur. what to do?

Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on 6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7.
