Many a times when I eat curd or buttermilk, I get throat infection even if I keep the curd out of fridge for sometime before consuming. Then I feel feverish, body pain, etc. It generally lasts for 4-5 days (the doctor gives his own medicines & sometimes antibiotic & also injection for weakness), followed by weakness for another week. Thus I avoid curd, buttermilk. Also I get throat infection followed by fever many times in a year, especially rainy season. What is the reason & what to do immediately when I feel i'm contracting throat infection. As i'm an office goer & falling ill frequently disturbs my schedule & creates anxiety.
