Why you are anxious? If you loss your confidence and strength, then the biochemical in the brain will become imbalanced. It is a chain physiological reaction. For this ct or mri shows no difference. Be prepare to gain your confidence level and strengthen your mind through self motivation. Thereafter you will be the shining star in all activities. If possible go for quantum biofeedback therapy which will help you to gain more confidence.
