I have seborrheic dermatitis its not severe. But I use ketoconazole on doctors advice 2-3 times weekly as maintenance but it causes hair fall. Have tried almost all shampoos. All medicinal ones cause hair fall. What to do about hairfall from seborrheic dermatitis? Also I fear switching to normal shampoo may bring condition back. And taking supplements trigger side effects like heart palpitations.

When you are using anti dandruff for long period it causes dryness and hence hairloss starts. Do oiling overnight twice a week and wash with shampoo in morning. It will definitely reduce hairloss.
