I am 31 years old and I had usg of both breasts followed by fnac and the usg report says that right breast has approx. 4 mm thin walled cyst at 6o?clock position with debris within. Right breast has approx. 14 x 5 mm oval well defined hypoechoic lesion at 9o?clock position. An approx. 11 x 9 mm cyst with internal echoes seen abutting it. Left breast has approx. 6 mm oval hypoechoic lesion at 8 o?clock position. Bilateral axillary lymph nodes are seen with maintained by fatty hilum. Fnac done on right breast and it says that smears show high cellularity comprising of groups and sheets of benign ductal epithelial cells along with myoepithelial cells on background of bare bipolar nuclei, macrophages, stroma and rbcs. I just wanted to know that can it be cured with medicine or is there something serious regarding this.
