I am a 58 years female with a history of diabetes since 1990. I have taken almost all types of medicines, insulin. Slitely obese, with a wt of 78 kgs and 5.4 ht. At present I am on Zitamet 50/500 morning n after noon, Glimperide 2 before meals 3 times, human mixtard insulin 50/50 30-30-25, Basalog 40 units at night time. For bp Starpress xl-50 once, Rozat-10, Telma-40 each at night time. Still my sugars are uncontrolled varying between 200- 280 random. I walk for 1 hr regularly and moderate eater too. Please advice.
