When I thrust hard during intercourse ejaculation happen very quickly and when I thrust hard after alcohol I do not come quickly and last for enough time. What should I do? Yes I smoke regularly and drink sometimes. I am excited and after ejaculation my penis loses its erection for few minutes. I have masturbated since 12 years of age. And I do not have issue with erection it happens anytime I feel pleasure or see something. I do not had any STD. And ya meantime I used Dr. X 100mg a few times for the erection after ejaculation without consulting doctor. Please sir/ma'am help me with this.
