Dear dr, tryptomer 10 mg was prescribed to me by a general physician, and he told me it's also available in 75 mg sr form as well, when I took it for 3 days it showed some minor improvements in my symptoms. Meanwhile, I also consulted a psychiatrist on Lybrate and he prescribed me fluvoxin 50 mg in the morning after meal (though at my place only 100 mg was available), and mirtaz 7.5 mg and zolfresh 10 in the night. For the first 3 days, I could feel zolfresh would put me to sleep and fluvoxin was also showing some minor improvement. On 4th day, my sleep was not proper, though I plan to continue the medication for 2 weeks as was prescribed by my doctor. He is a very nice doctor and I have noticed most of the doctors on Lybrate and nice and knowledgeable. Please help me with the following questions: 1. Is there a possibility that tryptomer be fitted in my schedule? Can I take 75 mg sr. 2. Also, as fluvator is only in 100 mg available at my place, instead of 50 mg, can I directly take 100 mg. My main symptoms are chronic fatigue in mind and body, very low mood, ocd, haphazard thoughts in mind and insomnia. I want to get back my life and start working again. Thanks, vishal.
