Stool is very tight and gum like to get free motion what is your advise

Take plenty of fibres in the diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. This will increase the bulk of the stool, making it easier to pass. Drink plenty of water to prevent drying of the stools. If you have any pain while passing stools or any blood in stools get it checked by a doctor, as that itself. Can cause constipation. If this does not help you will have to be started on medications.
