I am having chronic constipation issue. So I have visited a doctor as well. All tests done. All is normal. Doctor prescribed me perfect 1 mg. Initially for 10 days and after asked me go continue for 30 days. And it helped as well but then again after sometime constipation started again. So without doctor's I started taking the same medicine. Now the issue is I take med for few days for a month sometime and everything seems normal and then I am back to normal routine but whenever little change in my lifestyle happens. I start getting this constipation and takes time to come to normal routine. What shall I do. Is it okay if I keep having this pruvict/please 1 mg tablet. Without doctor's knowledge. Or do I need to see the doctor.
