My mother 47 years old have been suffering from insomnia since july. We had consulted gynecologist who suggested tibolone 2.5 mg along with lonazep 1 mg. But still thr problem was not resolved. She is still wide awake at night can't sleep for more than an hour. Then we consulted the gynaecologist again but he simply increased the dose of lonazep to 2 mg. It worked only for 7 days and again the same problem arise. No sleep at any time of the day even with lonazep 2 mg. Before this she had taken clonotril 0.25 mg, amitripine, paroxetine also but nothing worked. Please suggest something.
