Hi i?m female 20 years old, I have a quick question regarding my skin I just travelled from a tropical island to dry africa (about 3 months who) my legs became very scaly and dry which caused me to unfortunately pick at my legs too i?ve noticed now that I have a bunch of small white spots on my legs. Is it possible that this comes from short term picking? And will it stay? Or is it just possible that it could be a fungus coming from a tropical place? Thanks in advance.
