I have pain in little below neck area since last two year in the right side. This is particularly felt when I work continuously in front of computer or I lift some weight. Now a day I also feel that due to this there is some little pain in my figures (both hand), pain in ankles. I also feel some slight pain in right hand side of my brain and right eye also when I continuously work. I have tested my BP, sugar level, RF, Uric Acid which are in controlled level. However my vitamin D is very low at 7. Please guide.
