I am 22 years old girl. If I use 2 strands of saffron soaked in tea or bournvita and drink it daily, can it cause a fast period? I usually get my period in 28th day of every month regularly from starting. I don't have any other health issues orenstrual issues. If I take two strands of saffron can it cause any disturbance?
