I am suffering from testicular lump like in the bottom of my both testicles which comes when I do some activity such a walking or sit in asan position but goes away when I lay down when I lay down on bed to rest. I even fell the veins in the scrotum is enlarged in size. please help me as I could not afford to consult with paid consultations.
