I am 26 years old female and am suffering from chronic pityriasis versicolor for years without any rashes roughness and itchiness there is just only white patches on my upper arm and the skin is not flaky. I have took a complete treatment in 2018 for my fungal infection with ketoconazole lotion ketoconazole shampoo and antifungal tablets for one month but it did not improve my situation. Recently I have visited another dermatologist as I have recently develop another tinea versicolor in my back he suggested me me to take teczine 5 mg and lulifin lotion so my question is should I take teczine 5 mg for my fungal infection or not. Please help me with my confusion as I don't have any allergic reaction I am unsure about teczine 5 mg.
