Hello, female, 24. So maybe you can help, 5 or 6 years ago, a black spot appeared in my girl parts, right next to the panties line. I never paid much attention because it didn't look like a mole and my obgyn back then, didn't seem worried. Back to this year, I think it changed color, like irritated and some part fell off. I went to a derm, she saw it with the dermatoscope and said she was not sure it was a mole before, with my insistence, she looked at it again and said "well, maybe because of the borders. But it does not look concerning. Take it all off and biopsy it, come back with the results. It's not urgent tho" I had an obgyn date two days after that and I decided to ask her too, she's a vulvar pathology expert and she said it was a wart, after putting some acid or stuff there. She said it was weird I had it for so long, but that it was definitely a wart, she recommended imiquimod, a cream that i'm using url Co/k6z5kyj this is a compression from after the treatment and the second photo is this morning, I used the cream 8 times. You think it is getting better? Or that I should stop the treatment go to an er and ask for a biopsy? We are still on lockdown on my country i'm sorry if this is too much but lately i've having some hip and shoulder and clavicle pain on the same side that the mole is and i'm terrified it is stage iv melanoma. Blood work with chemical panels and renal/liver functions came black clean, only vitamin d deficiency. And a chest xray of my lungs came back fine

It a doctor said that it is wart on pathology and improved with imiquamod to even some extent, this should be a wart. Pelvic or hip pain can generally occur this not mean it's a melanoma. If it is not completely treated you should meet to dermatologist again. I don't think it is melanoma. If you want to do biopsy then you can do.
