Hi, I have lack of blood, calcium and vitamins. And day by day I get swollen on my face. I'm getting fat and I really can't work like I easily get tired in 5 mins and I have back pain too. please provide me a good and healthy diet chart .thank you.

lybrate-user if weight is 56 kg than you are normal .no need to worry just do some physical activity for 5 month. Follow a diet plan also. Everything will be ok.
