Sir my creatinine is 1.81 my doctor prescribe nodosis 1g twice a day will this down the creatine.

Hi , with Sodium Bicarbonate tablets like nodosis ,Serum Creatinine and Kidney function will not improve.  It's in some cases can use as a antacid or to reduce acidity,  but study shows long term usage of Sodium Bicarbonate in Gastritis conditions is harmful. Hello we need to figure out the cause of your renal dysfunction. Nodosis should be continued till a conclusion is reached as to why the creatinine has risen. Regards.
