I am 65 years. Good health. Taking medicines for diabetics and bp. Also suffering from osteoarthritis but under control. Due to cavity issues unable to go out and exercise liking walking. Please advise whether I can do moderate exercise using elliptical cross trainer or spinbike which one would be less strainful for my knees. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user, go for minimum exhaustion workout. Better to go for a walk or a cross trainer.
