My boyfriend has syphilis or we think that?s what it is because of the symptoms he says he got it from me but I don?t have any symptoms he started developing sores the day after we had sex and I still don?t have symptoms and it?s been two weeks I don?t understand what?s going on i?m really lost please help me.

Syphilis does not show up the very next day) 2. All genital infections are not STDs 3. Even in the case of STDs, one of the partners may not have any symptoms at all.
