Usg showed bilateral renal calculi right 5 mm and left 6 mm in middle calyx of both kidneys, benign prostatic hyperplasia grade 1prevoid urine-250 ml and post void urine -30 ,ml, is my medical treatment needed or no need, as there is no symptoms.
