Hello Dr. I have a dandruff prob from past 4 months I had shaved my head also at that tym bt there is no improvement the dandruff again appearing I feel lot of itching prob n bec of this lot of my hairs are falling I am so upset nd demotivated I saw my problems to dermatologist they gave me tarzil lotion containing salicylic acid and coal tar and psorbin tablets is it ok or may be I have to include something to get relief bec I am facing hairfall too .bt right now I want a permanent relief from these dandruff and itching prob.
