Hi dentaldecay (caries) progresses gradually starting as a discoloration in outer layer enamel it can be treated in early stages but if left untreated can lead to severe pain and proper brushing twice daily chewing food slowly using both right and left teeth and regular dental checkup can prevent all this however we have treatment of various kinds for painful teeth as well for further advice please use my doctor's code dd87ca.
