A grandma was affected with corona virus. I wasn't aware of that. She was trying to climb a small steps. I helped her by holding her left hand. My hands were in contact with her left hand for 30-35 seconds. When I got to know that she was tested positive. Immediately I ran away from her towards washroom without contacting my face. I washed my hands with dettol for two time. Again I took shower two times. I was not wearing mask at that emergency time but she was wearing mask and gloves. This incident took place on monday 27th july. So I want to know that still i'm at risk?

She also should have disclosed it before hanc. Now, the way you have washed your hands and took shower is good but you should have done warm saline gargles and taken steam. Being itself in vicinity of a confirmed covid positive patient makes you at risk for contracting the infection. Better to isolate youself and watch for symptoms of dry cough, fever, breathlessness or loss of smell/taste sensation. In any of these symptoms, immediately go for a covid rt-pcr test.
