I am from pune, age 62. Prostate enlargement problem since 2013. Results of oct, 2019 tests are:- psa 1.9 ng/ml, post void residue - 43 cc, prostate size -5.3x4x3.3 cms. Volume=38.3 cc, creatinine 0.85 mg/dl, normal urination (no burning, dribbling, pressure for urination etc.) I don't have erectile problem. My wife is not interested in sex. Is masturbation harmful or useful for me at this stage? I get retrograde ejaculation, as I have been taking urimax 0.4 mg. Tablets daily at bed time since the year 2013. Thanks, neelesh.
