I am 22 years old female. Symptoms are back pain and knee pain. Knee pain has increased from 3 weeks. Before 3 weeks also slight pain was present generally after waking up and got relieved after walking. From 3 weeks pain is gradually increasing day by day and difficulty in walking and standing. Back pain started from 3 weeks. Back pain is also gradually increasing and mainly lower back pain. From 3 weeks I mostly remain lie down. Now its difficult to sit for eating and stand for necessary activities. Vitamin d level found 28 nmol/l 2 weeks back. I have started taking cholecalciferol 60,000 i.u. Weekly and had taken 2 dose of it till now. But pain is is increasing day by day. Is pain because of vitamin d deficiency or some other cause?
