Is it important to sleep at night only, or we can sleep at anytime whenever we feel sleepy and not force sleep or being awake? As I like to be awake at night and now, during lockdown, my routine has changed to being awake at night and sleeping in day time. And now I sleep whenever I feel sleepy. Does it'll do any harm to my health, to be awake all night and sleep whenever feel sleepy just like babies? Because I tried many times to sleep at night, however i'm not able to sleep at night and I can't be awake in day. Should I consult with a doctor?
