I am having nasal polyps for the past 30 months or so. Currently I have been using ryno nasal spray for the past one month. But there is no effect. I am also facing issues as pressure building around the nasal area sinuses, around ears, and headache especially during evenings. With fever ranging between 98.6 to 99�f.
