Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the query. However, there is no mention of vital information like: weight, height, fasting & pp glucose levels, hba1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, bp readings & lipid profile. It is important to know whether blood glucose is normal or well controlled. Because if glucose is high, then frequency of urination does go up, particularly at night. Hence, all the specifics are known there is no way of giving any suggestions. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user, your problem may be due to either 1. Instability of the bladder muscle called detrusor or 2. Because of benign enlargement of the prostate gland, a gland around a portion of the urinary passage. You mentioned that your psa was normal. We need to know whether you had an ultrasound examination to see if the prostate gland is enlarged and if there is residual urine after you have voided urine. If we know these answers we may be able to help you professor m s seshadri.
