Hi sir, my foreskin of penis is tight when erected am unable to push foreskin back and front ,so am feeling tight rubber band feeling during intercourse and getting out for few strokes can any one suggest better treatment for this my age is 27.

You have tight foreskin problem. I advise you to do circumcision if there is unbearable pain in moving back foreskin when penis is erected.
