Hey there, if advised by dentist then extract the tooth as it will cause infection only and affect your other teeth, gum and bone health. For now, do an antibiotic course and have pain killer. Do warm saline rinses three times daily.

Hi, after reading your complaint, I think you have abcess in and surround the teeth which is causing swelling as well as mobility. Due to abcess surrounded bone gets necrosed and your tooth loose it's anchor. So prognosis might be poor. You can ask your dentist to describe in x-ray so you can understand well. And if extraction is must than I suggest to get it done as soon as possible because you can't have medicines for your whole life and abcess may cause damage to neighbouring structures as well. Take care.
