Hi. Doctor. I am hemangi. I have tested positive for pan gastritis in may. Antibiotics of 14 day coarse medicine was given by doctor. But after that also there is some movement in my stomach is ongoing. And after eating I have pain in stomach at night. Please tell me proper diet to overcome pan-gastritis fastly.

If it is confirmed that you have gastritis normal approach is to take prescribed antacid medicines for 2 weeks. If no relief same may have to be continued for 4-6 weeks. If complaints pesrsist even after, then a consultation with a gastro enterologist is required for certain investigations. Other general care is also very important, like plenty of oral fluids, bland diet, food in time, avoiding of spicy and oily food, daily exercise like 40 minutes of walk, proper sleep and avoiding stress. Personally pan gastritis is a new word to me and do not know what antibiotics is given for gastritis. (unless diagnosed as h. Pylori)
