I am feeling a ring like thing at the top area of my penis. It's under the skin and I can feel it always even if my penis is erected or not. Some times I feel pain or something uncomfortable but not too much. I am feeling it from last 3-4 months. I read about it on internet. I am not sure but I think it is lymphangiosclerosis. One more thing I want to point out that since last 3-4 months, my penis is also not getting to it's full length.in normal situation it looks too small that it is not before I start feeling about this ring. Please tell me everything about my situation and how should I do.
