Gall stones are normally present in many persons. Only thing that causes symptom is increasing size and number. As you have mentioned 2 stones of 4 mm so you need not worry if you do not have any symptoms like pain abdomen, vomitting or dyspepsia. Urosol medicine does not gaurantee dissolving stones in gall bladder and may not be advised in breast feeding mother. U shud avoid fatty food, oil, ghee and sour lemon like things to prevent getting stones increase. Still you have any more queries then you can consult me online or you can visit a surgeon near u.

unfortunately the answer is NO. you will have to undergo surgery at some point of time. but as you are breastfeeding your baby, you can wait till the kid grows up a bit to get handled by another person for 2 or 3 days so that you can fully recover after laparoscopic surgery for gall bladder.

No, you are a asymptomatic case. However if you have any minimal symptoms lap. Surgery will be a better option to prevent complications in future.
