Doctor I am constipated. I started eating papaya it effected very much much but I need to go 2 or 3 times no straining I have been eating papaya since 1 week till how many day should continuing eating papaya I am 17 years old boy I am constipated since 1 and 1/2 month so eating papaya for 15 days will cure my constipation permanently.
