Try keto diet .it increases hdl and reduces weight and reduces chances of diabetes. I have personally tried it and lost 10 kg in 40 days. Hope it helps.

Yes .saroglitazar is essentially antidiabetic but also reduces cholesterol. Both drugs together will effectively bring cholesterol down.

Take standard test for young hypertensive. Serum cortisol, thyroid profile, renal artery doppler, lipid profile. Hope it helps.

You need to get widal test done and see the titres whether they are decreasing. As salomonella typhi causing typhoid resides in gall bladder causing chronic infection.
